DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 AM HST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twelve-E was located near latitude 15.1 North, longitude 136.2 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 9 mph (15 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue for the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is expected over the next day or so, but the depression is expected to dissipate as a remnant low within a couple of days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
