MGT Insurance, an AI-driven neo-insurer, has announced the appointments of Paul Bessire as AI & Data Principal Engineer and Jason Johnson as Head of Business Development.
Bessire, previously the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Officer at Coterie Insurance, is recognised in data science, AI, and insurance technology.
His expertise in statistical research, predictive modelling, and digital transformation will enhance MGT’s AI-powered risk assessment and real-time pricing solutions.
To complement its AI advancements, MGT is also scaling its market reach with the appointment of Johnson, an industry executive known for his work in process automation, workflow optimisation, and agent engagement.
Johnson, formerly VP of Agency Success at Rainbow Insurance and VP of Agent Experience at Coterie Insurance, has a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and expanding agency networks. At Coterie, he helped increase agent engagement from a few hundred to more than 30,000 agents nationwide.
