Canopius, a specialty and P&C re/insurer, has announced the appointment of Neetu Varghese as Head of Marine, US, Varghese steps into the role following her tenure as National Cargo Manager at Canopius since 2023.
This appointment marks a significant step in Canopius’ strategic expansion within the US marine insurance market.
With more than 20 years of experience, Varghese brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.
Prior to joining Canopius, she served as Ocean Cargo Underwriting Director at RLI Insurance Company and held various positions at CNA Insurance, culminating in her role as Marine Underwriting Director.
