Insurance brokerage Lockton has appointed Paul Jones as the leader of Parametric Solutions for the UK & Europe in its Property & Casualty (P&C) Specialties division.

In his new role, the executive will oversee the enhancement and expansion of Lockton’s Parametric offerings, collaborating closely with other specialists across the organisation’s Specialty sectors and working in tandem with Parametric and Alternative Risk Transfer experts across Latin America, the USA, Asia Pacific, and the UK.
Bringing with him a wealth of leadership acumen and industry insight, Jones transitions from Descartes Underwriting, where he held the position of Commercial Director for the UK and Ireland. His extensive background includes over a decade of service at AXA XL in various capacities.
Reporting to Andrzej Danyluk, Lockton’s Head of International Property, and Diego Monsalve, LatAm’s Head of Parametric Solutions, Jones is poised to make significant contributions to Lockton’s strategic initiatives and continued growth, the broker noted.
